Gray Town Meeting Child Care

GNG Recreation Staff will provide childcare for children pre-k and up who are fully toilet trained. (Children must be independent in expressing the need to use bathroom, wiping, and with all clothing. Staff cannot assist.)

Guardians must have phones available in case assistance is needed with your child during the meeting.

Please be advised we are unable to provide one-on-one care.  If your child receives one-on-one care within their school department (whereas the school incorporates the placement of an education technician or other hired staff in your child’s classroom), this program cannot provide that care.

Children will need:
  • Lunches and snacks packed in a lunchbox with ice packs – no refrigeration available.
  • Closed toes shoes with a back for playing in gym and outdoor activities.
  • Refillable water bottle
  • Layers (depending on weather)
  • PLEASE LABEL ALL YOUR CHILD’S BELONGINGS
Any medications needed during this time will need to come in a well-labeled container with time and instructions clearly stated and given to lead staff to lock in med box.

We will have plenty of activities for children. Please do not send toys or electronic devices, as we will ask your child to keep those in their bags.

Childcare ends when Town Meeting ends or 5:00 p.m., whichever comes first.
