This workout will leave you feeling accomplished and stronger than ever.Instructor Bio: My name is Caleb Giustra. I grew up Waldoboro Maine and played sports for Medomak Valley where I graduated in 2010. I moved to South Florida in 2012. It wasn't until I made that move and lost 50 pounds that I discovered my love for health and fitness. I started training group fitness and personal training clients in 2015. Since then I’ve traveled the country training and teaching group fitness. My passion is helping people change their lives for the better and this profession allows me to do that every day. My family and I moved to New Gloucester Summer 2023 and we’re so excited to be apart of this community!
