It's baaaaaaaaaaaaaack!

Chair Yoga is returning! This new program will begin on Thursdays starting March 27th. 

New Gloucester's own, Judi McClure, will lead the way. ALL are welcome. Heck, I am going to join for my first time and I have never done Chair Yoga before. I am a wee bit intimidated but I know that Judi will work with me at my own pace. She will work with you too. 
Come join us! Bring a friend or two.
