Nordic Walkers can be seen all over the Town of Gray and daily walking the Pennell Path- ever wonder what its all about of want to try for yourself?

GNG Recreation has poles you can sign out and use for free.

Mary- The Women who Walks is also available to give you an introduction and get you started! Spring through Fall in nice weather you can find Mary in front of Town Hall by the picnic table on Tuesdays and Thursday at 9:00am.This program has ended for this year but be sure to email Mary or watch for Spring dates when the weather warms back up!
