Runner Race Track Starting Positions

Track and Field Participants will learn and practice a variety of track and field events including sprints, hurdles, relays, long jump, softball throw (shotput), and turbo javelin.  We will track our progress throughout the season.  Coaches will focus on helping participants improve technique, celebrate improvements and have fun.  

The season will be wrapped up with a track meet for kids aged 7 and up. At the track meet we'll also host a young one fun run for participants under 7, with obstacles squirt guns and more!

Kids entering PRE K in the fall 2024 will likely need support with their online account to assign the correct grade and register for track.  Please call Anthony at 207-657-2323 for assistance.

New this year, Track Meet Team program! We're working with the Middle School Track Coach, Coach Thompson. She'll be working with athletes that wish to compete in USA Track and Field Meets. Athletes will work with Coach Thompson on Mondays and Tuesday evenings. Track meets will mostly occur on Thursdays, with the exception being July 3rd. This will be an add on that requires parents to register their participating athlete to USATF the link to register is here:  https://www.usatf.org/home/top-utility-nav-content/membership   please note there is a $30 registration fee for USATF registration. This program is an optional add on for those wishing to run in the track meets, parents will be responsible for transportation to and from track meets.
