Register here to be a part of the New Gloucester 250th Community Celebration and Fair on September 7th, 2024!
We are seeking community participation in the following categories:
Locally Based Community Groups- We're looking for groups to help us with tasks at the fair such as parking, set up, break down, and other items. We'll make a donation back to the club for the support. The community group will also get to set up a booth to connect with fair goers or sell goods to raise funds. Once you sign up in this category, we will reach out to determine the best fit for your group.
Regionally Based Non Profits: join us to inform residents of the work they're doing in the community, let folks know how they can get involved, collect information shared voluntarily, and distribute promotional materials/giveaways.
Craft Vendors: Please join us to show off and sell your artwork, handmade crafts, etc. We always hope to have a variety of craft products and may deny applications based on duplication. Please register early, priority will be given to the vendor that registered first.
Food Truck: Food trucks are a huge hit at the community fair and we hope to have 2-3 styles of food. In the event of duplicate food styles, preference will be given to the registration that was received first. Proof of insurance is required for this category.
Vendor/Business Display: Businesses are encouraged to set up a booth at the fair to connect with residents, share information about the services they offer, sell products and services, and give away promotional materials.
