How it works: The design of the class introduces easy to follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, coordination, and range of motion. Come ready to sweat and prepare to leave empowered and feeling stronger.

Choose to attend once or twice a week. Classes offer Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00-10:00
