Gymnastics is a great activity to build strength, balance, and flexibility while having a blast!  Coaches will guide participants through stretching and strength-building with a focus on proper technique.  We are excited to announce additions to our Gymnastics Classes!!

Drop In Gymnastics: Enjoy Monday morning drop-in gymnastics for kids ages 0-5.  From 9:00-10:00 am we will have the mats out, balance beam, and bar for kids to practice with the help and supervision of their care giver.  Its a great way to burn morning energy. The fee for drop in is $5 per kiddo or you may purchase a discounted Patriot Play Pass at grayrec.com.


Kindernastics is designed for kids 3-5 years old who are ready to attend a 30 minute class on their own.  Kindernastics will help the young gymnasts improve gross motor skills, balance and body awareness through learning and practicing new skills.  

Lyrical Gymnastics (3-5 years old) is a fun and exciting dance and gymnastics combo class that incorporates using props such as ribbons, balls, hula hoops, and scarves.  


School Aged Classes:  Each class will spend time on tumbling and either the balance beam or bar, 45 minutes per class.

Beginners- This class is for beginners, no previous experience or ability is required.  Students will receive instruction on the proper body mechanics of a forward rolls, cartwheel, handstands and general body positions; tuck, pike, and split.

Advanced Beginners- PreReq's- Should be able to do a cartwheel, kick into a handstand, and perform a backwards roll.  If new to the program, please contact Coach Becky to be sure you're enrolling in the correct group.

Cheer Tumbling- PreReq- must be able to do forward roll.  This course is geared towards preparation for cheerleading.  Course focuses on flexibility and strength, tumbling, and rolls.

We're trying a new format!  Beginner/Advanced Beginner All Around on Saturday mornings.  In this class, gymnasts will work through a progression of skills in each area (floor, beam, and bars), once they have mastered a skill, they will move on to the next.
